I Am a Child of God | Afrobeat Kids Gospel Song for Kids

I Am a Child of God | Afrobeat Bible Song for Kids

An original Afrobeat song for ages 3-8 that tells children they are loved as God's children. Kids can clap, jump and lift their hands along with the characters as they sing the chorus.

Verse: John 1:12, World English Bible (public domain)
"But as many as received him, to them he gave the right to become God's children, to those who believe in his name:"

Lyrics (chorus):
I am a child of God
I am a child of God
God's child, God's child
That's who I am
I am a child of God
I am a child of God
I walk in love
I clap my hands

At home:
1. Freeze dance: dance to the music, freeze and shout "I am God's child!"
2. Draw what it looks like to walk in love.
3. Ask: what is one thing you can thank God for today?
