Welcome to Vlotube (vlotube.com). Please read these comprehensive Terms of Use carefully before using our online video sharing, streaming, and hosting platform. By accessing, browsing, registering an account, or uploading content to Vlotube, you enter into a legally binding agreement with us and agree to comply with all terms set forth below. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility

  • Binding Agreement: These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Vlotube's website, mobile applications, streaming interfaces, and video hosting services.

  • Age Requirements: You must be at least 13 years of age—or the minimum legal age of digital consent required in your jurisdiction—to create an account, upload videos, or interact with our community features. If you are under 18, you represent that you have parental or legal guardian permission to use the platform.

  • Capacity: By using Vlotube, you warrant that you possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement and that you are not barred from receiving services under the laws of the United States or other applicable jurisdictions.

2. Account Registration, Security, and Termination

  • Accurate Information: To utilize features such as video uploading, commenting, and personalized playlist creation, you must register for a user account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account profile updated.

  • Credential Confidentiality: You are solely responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your password and account credentials. You accept full liability for all activities, uploads, and interactions that occur under your account.

  • Account Suspension & Termination: Vlotube reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms, violation of community safety rules, or prolonged account inactivity.

3. User-Generated Content (UGC), Ownership, and Licensing

  • Creator Ownership: You retain full intellectual property ownership rights over any original videos, audio tracks, graphics, text, comments, or other materials ("User Content") that you upload, stream, or publish on Vlotube.

  • License Granted to Vlotube: By uploading or posting User Content to Vlotube, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to host, cache, store, reproduce, publicly display, stream, distribute, and format your content strictly as necessary to operate, market, stream, and improve the Vlotube platform.

  • Creator Warranties: You represent and warrant that:

    1. You own or have secured all necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to publish and distribute all User Content you submit.

    2. Your content does not violate, misappropriate, or infringe upon the copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, privacy, publicity, or other intellectual property rights of any third party.

4. Prohibited Conduct and Platform Safety

To preserve a secure, lawful, and high-performing video-sharing community, users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:

  • Illegal Content: Uploading, streaming, or sharing content that violates local, national, or international laws, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), terrorist propaganda, or non-consensual intimate imagery.

  • Copyright Infringement: Posting copyrighted media, films, music, or broadcasts without explicit legal authorization or ownership rights.

  • Harmful Behavior: Distributing malware, viruses, trojan horses, spyware, or malicious code designed to disrupt, damage, or compromise the infrastructure of Vlotube or its users.

  • Automated Scraping & Manipulation: Employing unauthorized automated tools, bots, web scrapers, or scripts to harvest user data, or artificially inflating metrics such as view counts, likes, watch time, or subscribers.

  • Harassment & Hate Speech: Transmitting abusive, threatening, defamatory, harassing, or hate-inciting material targeting individuals or protected groups.

5. Intellectual Property Rights of the Platform

All underlying software architecture, source code, user interface designs, platform graphics, logos, trademarks, audio engines, and proprietary compilation tools associated with Vlotube are the exclusive property of Vlotube and/or its licensors. You are strictly prohibited from copying, modifying, renting, leasing, loaning, selling, distributing, or reverse-engineering any portion of the platform without express written permission from Vlotube.

Vlotube respects the intellectual property rights of creators and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you are a copyright owner (or an authorized agent thereof) and believe that any content hosted on Vlotube infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a formal notification to our designated Copyright Agent at support@vlotube.com containing:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.

  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.

  3. The precise URL or specific location on Vlotube where the alleged infringing material is hosted.

  4. Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and email address.

  5. A statement of good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties ("As Is")

The Vlotube platform, including all video hosting capabilities, streaming bandwidth, user accounts, and features, is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, Vlotube explicitly disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the platform will operate uninterrupted, securely, or free from errors, bugs, or viruses.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vlotube, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages—including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, use, or streaming revenue—arising out of or in connection with your access to, use of, or inability to use Vlotube, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Vlotube, its parent companies, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and legal costs) arising out of or in any way connected with:

  • Your access to or use of the Vlotube platform.

  • Your violation of any provision of these Terms of Use.

  • Any User Content you upload, stream, or share on the platform.

  • Your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property, privacy, or publicity right.

10. Modifications to Terms

Vlotube reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, update, amend, or replace these Terms of Use at any time. We will post any revised terms directly on this page and update the "Last Updated" date at the top. Your continued access to or use of Vlotube following the posting of any modifications constitutes your formal acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Use shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Vlotube operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Vlotube shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration or competent courts located within the operating jurisdiction.
